FAQ

Do ear clips work?

Plastic ear clips and silicone splints can pull the ear back temporarily, but they are visible from behind, uncomfortable for long wear, and easily dislodged by hair or movement.

Why choose a liquid adhesive over a clip?

Earswrap is invisible, weighs nothing, and bonds to skin so it cannot shift. There is nothing to clip on or fall off.

Are clips safer for skin?

Clips don't touch adhesive but they apply continuous pressure that can mark or irritate the cartilage behind the ear. Earswrap distributes the hold over a wider skin contact area with no pinch points.

Can children wear ear clips?

Some splints are sold for infants under clinical guidance during the moulding window. Outside that window, clips for older children rarely give a natural result.

Nothing to clip on

Earswrap bonds to skin, dries clear, and removes in seconds.
